Every Dutertismo piece is printed for you after you order. Here is what happens if something isn’t right.
1. Wrong, damaged or misprinted
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or in a different design, size or color than you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its label. We’ll print a replacement at no cost to you, or refund you in full if a replacement isn’t possible.
2. Change of mind and sizing
Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size that doesn’t fit. Please check the size chart on each design before you order — and message us if you’re unsure; we’re happy to help you pick.
3. Canceling an order
You can cancel any time before we confirm your payment. Once your payment is confirmed, your order goes to print right away and can no longer be canceled.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid — GCash or BDO bank transfer — within 7 business days of our approval. A gift card payment goes back onto the gift card.
5. Gift cards
Gift cards can’t be returned or exchanged for cash. Whatever is left on a card stays on it for one year from the day it was issued.
